In March 2022, Taiwan officially announced “Taiwan’s Pathway to Net-Zero Emissions in 2050”, with the aim and action path to reach the net zero goal through the four major transition strategies ---“Energy Transition”, “Industrial Transition”, “Lifestyle Transition”, and “Social Transition”. For energy transition, CCUS refers to a technology that play a key role in achieving global energy and climate goals. Therefore, Taiwan Net Zero Emissions Association (TNZEA) held the first CCUS Forum in 2022, inviting experts to present and share practical experiences, which received an overwhelming and enthusiastic responses.
Based on previous experience, TNZEA will hold the 2nd CCUS Forum on July 21, 2023. The forum will focus on the latest technology and application planning of CCUS. Through the sharing of domestic and foreign experts, aiming to provide insights into the development of the latest CCUS technologies and planning of Taiwan companies. This will assist domestic companies in staying up to date with the latest and international trends of CCUS technologies  development.
